Our mission is to produce small batch cider from old-growth trees using hand-picked, wild foraged apples from varieties like Northern Spy, Cortlands, and other local native apples, and serve it to you, while providing excellent customer service.
Hosted on an 1840’s built, historic farm in Trumansburg NY, we keep things simple, beautiful, and healthy. We, the Idiot Brothers, love an abandoned orchard or an old gnarly 100-year-old tree. We welcome the barely-producing historic tree. And we highlight the forgotten past of our American cider-making heritage. Cheers to you.
Made with our American Heritage Cider base, fermented alongside Gamay Noir grape skins courtesy of Sheldrake Point. This dry cider is defined by it’s fruit forward flavors and easy drinking.
Our house cider made using local heirloom varieties, our hand-picked wild apples lend a crisp bite, layers of intricate flavor & a smooth finish. This cider is fermented completely dry with medium tannins.
Our take on a classic French pear cider. Made with local pears & fermented with Champagne yeast, letting the pear’s natural flavor shine. Reminiscent of your favorite light and smooth white wine.
